Local since 2009
A concrete crew that lives where it pours
We are based in Fort Walton Beach and work the entire county, from Gulf-front driveways in Destin to shop pads north of Crestview. Being local is not a marketing line here: it decides how we spec concrete, because we are the ones who see what fails five years later.
Most concrete problems in Okaloosa County are not concrete problems. They are base problems, drainage problems and corrosion problems. Sugar sand that was never compacted. Clay that was poured over instead of removed. A slab with 3/4 inch of cover over its rebar a half mile from salt water. We built our standard scope around those failures, which is why our quotes look longer than the competition's.
We work for homeowners, builders, property managers and HOAs, and we run a small enough operation that the person who measures your job is connected to the crew that pours it. If something is not right, there is no call center between you and us.

How we work
Four commitments on every project
These are the things we will not trade away to be the cheapest bid on your driveway.
Written, itemized quotes
You get square footage, thickness, mix strength, reinforcement, joint plan and finish in writing before any deposit. No verbal ballparks that grow later.
Base prep is not optional
Most concrete failure in Okaloosa County starts under the slab. We remove unsuitable material and compact imported base in lifts, every job.
Licensed, insured, local
Certificates of general liability and workers compensation on request, plus a local crew that is still here in five years when you have a question.
Clean site, clear schedule
Protected landscaping, off-site washout, debris hauled the day it is created, and a schedule you are told about before it changes.
Credentials
What you can verify before hiring us
- Certificates of general liability and workers compensation insurance on request
- Written, itemized proposals stating PSI, thickness, reinforcement and joint plan
- Permits pulled in our name where the jurisdiction requires a contractor
- Mix designs and delivery tickets available for foundation and commercial work
- Local references in your city, not three counties away
- No door-to-door sales, no high-pressure same-day discounts
Straight talk
When we tell you not to hire us
If your slab is structurally sound and only cosmetically tired, we will quote resurfacing instead of replacement, even though replacement pays us more. If a slab is actively settling, we will tell you an overlay is a waste of money no matter who sells it to you.
And if your project is genuinely tiny, we will say so and explain the minimum, so you can decide whether to bundle it with other work instead of paying a mobilization premium for 60 square feet.
Local proof
What our neighbors say
"Our pool deck was spalling everywhere and two companies just wanted to coat over it. These guys showed me the rusted rebar, fixed it, then resurfaced. Two seasons in and it still looks new."
"40x60 shop slab, poured on the day they said, anchor bolts dead on the drawings. My building erector said it was the flattest pad he'd set all year."
"The old driveway was 1970s concrete with no steel in it. They hauled it all off, built the base up properly and the new one has not moved. Quote matched the invoice to the dollar."
"I had four weeks before a PCS move. They gave me firm dates, hit every one and left the yard cleaner than they found it."
